Joining the business as a Groundworker, he quickly demonstrated exceptional ability, a strong work ethic and a natural aptitude for leadership. Through training, mentoring and hands-on experience, Ben has progressed into the role of Site Manager, where he now leads the delivery of some of our trickier wastewater infrastructure projects.
